Description

About this Course:

This Course covers the Core Duties and Responsibilities of all Educators and will include Office-based Educators as well.

From the Course Director:

The course content will show what are the duties of an Educator at a Specific Level. This does not mean that every Educator Has to perform every Core Duty on their Level. The scope of which each Educator at a specific level will responsible for, would in large be determine by each individual level of competency but more so the Post-Establishment of the School.

A Head of Department should not be requested to be responsible for a task that falls within the scope of a Principal or Deputy Principal. However, he may be asked to assist but the ultimate accountability lies with the person to which that Core Duty apply.

The content must therefor be studied in the context of the Whole-school-development Program.

With great power comes great responsibility
